DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a Métis Music Night on June 5, 2026 from 6:00–8:00 PM at our new location. This welcoming community evening will be led by board members and Métis music enthusiasts Jen Sanderson and Fergus Dalton, with musical guest host to be announced, bringing us together through song, rhythm, and storytelling in a welcoming community space.\nThe night will begin with connection, snacks and sharing, and we hope it naturally grows into a relaxed jam session where everyone feels encouraged to participate. Whether you’re an experienced musician or just curious and wanting to listen, all levels are welcome. This is a space to learn from one another, connect, and explore what Métis music means to each of us.\nWe’ll also take time to network, share stories, and build relationships within our community through music. Bring your instrument if you have one—or just bring yourself and your love of music!\nWe aspire to make it just one of many regular music nights, creating an ongoing space for creativity, connection, and community celebration. Don’t miss this chance to be part of something special from the very beginning! Our first night was on May 1st and was a wonderful success. We are so thankful for everyone who contributed their musical skills for the enjoyment of all in attendance.
