The interim board of the Fraser Valley Métis Association is aware of allegations being circulated on social media regarding missing funds. We are diligently working on reconciling FVMA’s financials for fiscal year 2023, 2024, and YTD 2025 and completion of three missing funding reports. The interim board is currently working to complete and submit these to MNBC.
Since April, the interim board’s objective has been and continues to be to provide clarity, information, and facts to the Fraser Valley Métis Association membership and MNBC for the voting AGM. We believe that our membership can appreciate the vast amount of information that needs to be processed to reconcile FVMA’s financials, and that we are working diligently to provide the facts.
We are committed to providing a complete summary of our findings at the AGM on September 13th 2025.
