We wish to inform you that we have confirmed the data breach involving unauthorized access to our systems by a group of individuals. We take this matter very seriously and are committed to maintaining the highest security standards for our members and the community.
We are grateful for the swift assistance provided by Envision First West Credit Union, which has been invaluable during this investigation. Their team conducted a thorough analysis of the breach and has provided us with their findings, which confirmed that unauthorized access occurred.
In their investigation letter, Envision First West Credit Union stated:
“…resulted in the former signer having unauthorized online banking access between April 6, 2023 and April 14, 2024. A review of online banking access logs showed that the former signer used their unauthorized online banking access between April 24, 2023 and April 12, 2024.“
