The draft Agenda and meeting minutes are attached below.
In order to participate and vote in this event MNBC and FVMA Citizens are required to be in person and bring and present their Metis Nation BC (MNBC) and FVMA Citizenship cards at Registration upon arrival.
During the AGM, we’ll be reviewing the past year’s activities, milestones and significant events and voting on new volunteer Directors who will play a critical role in guiding FVMA’s future.
This is an exciting time for FVMA, and we are calling upon dedicated individuals who feel inspired to contribute actively to our community’s growth and success.
As a Director, you will be part of a dynamic team that develops and maintains existing programs for our Métis community for many generations.
Volunteer Director Requirements
Security Cleared: Federal security clearance is a requirement.
Active and Engaged: Our community thrives on the dedication of those who contribute, not just occupy a seat. We need Directors who bring energy, ideas, and a willingness to take action—those who are ready to give, not just take. Engagement and commitment are essential to building a strong, supportive community.
